What time can I check into my room, and when do I have to check out?
We will be delighted to welcome you for check-in from 3:00 PM. For departure, we ask that you vacate your room (check-out) before 11:00 AM.
I will be arriving late in the evening. Will the reception desk be open?
Absolutely! Our reception is open 24/7. No matter what time you arrive, our team will be there to welcome you.
Where can I park? Do you have parking?
The Hotel Ligo does not have its own parking lot. However, there are several options available in the immediate vicinity for parking your vehicle: A 1-minute walk away: A private underground parking lot located at 52 Rue de la République.
A 3-minute walk away: The "Les Phocéens" public parking lot. Parking is available directly on the street in front of the hotel at no charge, subject to availability at the time of your arrival.

How's breakfast going?
Start your day off right with our full buffet (sweet and savory)! Weekdays: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Weekends: 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Prices: €16 per adult, €10 for ages 10-18, and free for children under 10. Options: Available to take away (€10) or served in your room (€26).
Do you offer a restaurant service or a bar?
We do not have a bar or full-service restaurant, but we offer room service with meal trays and snacks for when you're feeling peckish. In addition, our family rooms are equipped with a kitchenette so you can prepare your meals just like at home.

Is the hotel suitable for a family stay?
Absolutely! We are family-friendly. We offer spacious family rooms with kitchenettes for added freedom. Take advantage of our exclusive "Family" offer: breakfast is free for children under 16, and your children will receive an eco-friendly welcome kit.

Do you have equipment for babies?
Travel light! We can provide everything you need on request: bottle warmers, baby food jars, high chairs, travel cots, baby baths, and changing tables. Please ask at reception.
Do you offer daycare or babysitting services?
Yes, we know that parents sometimes need a moment to themselves. A childcare service is available upon request. For more information and to arrange childcare for your children, please contact the reception desk directly.
Rooms & Facilities
What amenities will I find in my room?
All our rooms are designed for your comfort. You will find: air conditioning, roller blinds, safe, hairdryer, courtesy tray (kettle, tea, coffee), as well as a functional kitchen in the quadruple rooms/apartments. On request: iron, sewing kit, and baby cot.
Do some rooms have a balcony or terrace?
Yes, if you want to enjoy the fresh air, we offer two types of accommodation with private outdoor space: The Superior Double-Twin Room with Terrace (for 2 people). The 4-person Apartment with Terrace (ideal for families).
Please note that the layout of these outdoor spaces may vary (ground floor garden, enclosed terrace, or large open terrace). Feel free to let us know your preference when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability!

No, the hotel does not have rooms dedicated to meetings or seminars. However, we do offer pleasant co-working spaces where you can work in peace and quiet.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, your little companions are welcome at Ligo! We accept pets weighing less than 10 kg (maximum 1 per room) for an additional fee of €15 per night.
Does the hotel have a wellness area or a gym?
No, the Hotel Ligo does not have a wellness area (swimming pool, spa) or a gym. However, if you want to go swimming, you can enjoy the Prado beaches, which are easily accessible. Feel free to ask at reception for recommendations on the best places to relax or exercise in the surrounding area!

How do I get to the hotel from the train station or airport?
From Saint-Charles Train Station: We are located just a 15-minute walk away.
From Marseille Provence Airport (Marignane): Allow around 25 minutes by car, taxi, or private hire vehicle. You can also take the public shuttle buses that connect the airport to the city center.

Is the hotel well located for visiting Marseille?
Ideally! We are located right in the heart of the city center. Old Port: 10 minutes on foot. Saint-Charles train station: 15 minutes on foot. Cruise terminals: 10 minutes on foot (ideal for a sea departure). Marseille Provence Airport: 25 minutes by car.
What activities do you recommend nearby?
You'll be spoiled for choice! To help you decide, here are our suggestions, categorized by interest: Culture & History: Don't miss the iconic Notre-Dame de la Garde Basilica and explore the MuCEM (Museum of European and Mediterranean Civilizations). It depends on the rate chosen: Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Non-Refundable Rate: 100% of the amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
